Just a heads up on a few things to keep things running smoothly and fabulous for everyone:

• Running Behind
  Life throws curveballs sometimes (like that never-ending traffic jam!), so we totally get it. We'll happily wait 15 minutes if you're running a bit late. But after 15 minutes, you’ll be subject to a late fee or we might need to reschedule your appointment to keep things on track. ⏱️ No worries though, your deposit will come along for the ride!
• Can’t Make it 
  We know life can be unpredictable, so we kindly ask for 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This ensures everyone gets their beauty needs met.
• Forgot to Cancel 
  No worries, boo! But a friendly reminder that a 50% cancellation fee might apply if we don't hear from you beforehand. We understand things happen however this ensures KKH can keep creating amazing experiences
• Kiddos @ KKH 
  We adore little ones, but at KKH, we kindly ask that children only join us if they're getting services too! This helps us create a relaxing and focused experience for everyone.
• Payment Policy 
  KKH is a cashless zone, but we have tons of ways to make paying a breeze! We accept Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Feeling extra fancy with cash? Just let us know in your appointment notes or shoot an email to management@kriskylehair.com.
